🔧 Setup Guide
Prerequisites
To connect Younium to Weld, you need a Younium account with API access.
Step 1 - Generate client credentials in Younium
In your Younium account:
- Open the user profile menu in the top-right corner and go to Privacy & Security
- Select Personal Tokens
- Click Generate Token
- Enter a name for the token and click Create
- Copy your Client ID and Secret Key immediately
You will use these values in the Weld connector form.

Step 2 - Identify your API environment
In Younium, locate your API base URL and note which environment it belongs to:

You will select this value in the Weld connector setup.
Step 3 - Find your legal entity ID
When you are logged in to the Younium dashboard, your active legal entity appears in the top-right corner of the screen.
Use this legal entity value when configuring the connector in Weld.
Step 4 - Connect Younium to Weld
- Fill out the Weld connection form and choose your destination schema name
- Enter your Client ID and Secret Key from Step 1
- Select the Environment from Step 2
- Enter the legal entity ID from Step 3
- Click
Connect - Follow the final instructions to complete the connection
