🔧 Setup Guide

Step 1 - Begin Configuration

  1. Choose a name for your connection.
  2. Fill in your Freshdesk domain.
    For example, if your Freshdesk URL is https://example.freshdesk.com, you should enter example.freshdesk.com as the domain.
  3. Fill in your Freshdesk API key.
    To find your API key, log in to your Freshdesk account and navigate to Profile settings and click View API key. Copy the API key and paste it into the Weld configuration form.

Step 2 - Click connect

  1. After you click on Connect Weld will make sure that your credentials are correct and that we can connect to your Freshdesk account.

Step 3 - Data To Sync

  1. Select the data you wish to include in the sync.
    You can view the schema, remove columns or hash sensitive information.

Step 4 - Configure Sync

  1. Select how often you would like the data to sync.
  2. Provide a unique destination table name.

Weld will take over from here and commence syncing data from your Freshdesk account.
