Prerequisites
- An active Airtable account with
data.records:readandschema.bases:readpermissions.
Calculated Fields
Keep in mind that Airtable's API does not provide information regarding updates on calculated fields. Therefore, if you are using metrics that are updated without changing other fields, you might not see those updates in Weld. To avoid this, turn on full sync at midnight.
Step 1 - Begin Configuration
- In the connector setup form, enter the destination schema name of your choice.
- Click Authorize to allow Weld to access your Airtable account using OAuth.
Step 2 - Approve and finalize
- Approve Weld to access your Airtable account.
- When authorization is complete, you will be redirected back to the Weld connections overview. The configuration is complete.
Step 3 - Data To Sync
- Select the tables you wish to include in the sync.
You can view the schema, remove columns or hash sensitive information.
Step 4 - Configure Sync
- Select how often you would like the data to sync.
Weld will take over from here and commence syncing data from your Airtable account.
