FixFixed several defects in the Redshift destination: long text values are now stored as varchar(max) instead of being truncated to 256 characters, incremental syncs on tables without a unique primary key no longer fail with a MERGE error, reserved-word column and table names (like order or group) are now quoted correctly, column names longer than Redshift's identifier limit no longer load as NULL, schema comparisons are now case-insensitive so a mixed-case column isn't re-added every sync, and models built on Redshift late-binding views now read their columns correctly instead of appearing column-less. Also fixes a shared bug that caused PostgreSQL destinations to report every column as non-nullable.
