UpdateThe pipeline table now has a pipeline_stage subtable, unwrapping each pipeline's stages into their own rows. opportunity.pipeline_stage_id and contact.pipeline_stage_id can now join directly to a stage name, color, and win probability instead of through pipeline's stringified stages column, which stays unchanged.
