Plan details and billing

You can also check your current plan under Account Settings by clicking on 'Plan Details and Billing'. This page provides a summary of your organization's current subscription, included features, and usage for the active billing cycle.

Current Billing Cycle Usage

This panel shows you how much of your plan allowance has been consumed during the active billing period.

• Billing cycle dates: Displays the start and end dates for the current billing cycle (per month).

• Active rows used: Shows the total number of active rows processed so far in the cycle, along with your plan limit

• Usage progress bar: A visual representation of usage relative to the monthly allowance.

Projected Usage

Below the current usage, you can also see the Projected Usage estimate.

• Projected active rows: An estimate of total usage by the end of the billing cycle.

• How projected rows are calculated: Projections are based on historical usage patterns during the current cycle and may change as activity increases or decreases.

Overall this feature helps you and your team anticipate whether you are likely to remain within plan limits or need to adjust before the cycle ends.
