Automatic renewal

Your Weld subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period, whether it’s monthly or annual, unless you cancel before the period ends.

Billing options

We offer monthly and annual subscriptions paid by either credit card or invoice depending on the plan. You can get 20% discount if you subscribe to our annual plan.

Cancellation

To avoid automatic renewal, you must cancel before the end of the current billing cycle. For annual plans (Premium/Business/Enterprise), this typically means giving notice at least 30 days before the renewal date, unless another arrangement is agreed with Weld. Once canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current period; access ends after that.

Payment Method

Make sure your payment method is up-to-date (in the Billing settings in the Weld app). If a renewal payment fails (e.g., card expired), Weld may suspend access until payment is successfully made.
