UpdateHiBob now has an employee_employment_history stream syncing every employment change with its own effective date. The employee stream syncs many more fields (employment terms, lifecycle, work address, salary, and personal fields), and custom fields now sync as dedicated employee_custom_fields, employee_payroll_custom_column, and employee_employment_history_custom_field tables instead of being dropped. The time_off stream now also includes pending requests and looks up to two years into the future.
