UpdateSuiteQL tables (transaction, transactionline, transactionaccountingline, entity, item, inventorynumberlocation, accounttype, and accountingperiodfiscalcalendars) can now use Capture deletes. A new deletedrecord table syncs NetSuite's deletion log, keyed by record type and record id; it cannot capture deleted transaction lines, since NetSuite removes those without logging them. SuiteQL paging also no longer skips a row modified mid-sync.
