Harvest is now live in Weld!

We’re excited to announce that Harvest is now available as a connector in Weld! If your team uses Harvest to track time, manage projects, and handle invoicing, you can now sync your data to your warehouse and use it for reporting, productivity insights, and performance tracking.

With this new integration, you can sync:

  • Time entries – Track time by task, project, or user.
  • Clients & projects – View who you work with and how time is spent.
  • Invoices & billing rates – Analyze revenue and cost per hour.
  • Team performance – Compare tracked vs. billable hours by person or team.
  • Reports – Use historical time reports to improve planning and forecasting.

Example metrics you can build with Harvest data

Once your Harvest data is syncing into your warehouse, you can create powerful, custom metrics to track performance across teams, projects, and time.

Here are a few examples:

Billable utilization rate → Total billable hours / Total available hours

Measure how efficiently your team is spending their time.

Project budget burn → Hours logged / Budgeted project hours

Stay on top of timelines and avoid budget overruns.

Average hourly rate by role or user → Use user_billable_rate or user_cost_rate to analyze profitability.

Revenue per client → Aggregate time entries and rates from the client and time_entry tables.

💡 Tip: You can also use Ed, Weld’s AI assistant, to help generate metrics automatically.
