New connector: HiBob

We’re excited to announce that HiBob is now available as a connector in Weld! 🎉

HiBob is one of the fastest-growing HRIS platforms, and now Weld users can seamlessly sync their HR and people data into their warehouse to combine it with finance, sales, and product data for richer insights.

With this new integration, you can sync:

  • Employees – Core employee data for reporting and analysis.
  • Employee Lifecycle History – Track changes over time, including promotions, role changes, and departures.
  • Employee Work History – Understand career paths and job progression across your organization.

These tables form the foundation for headcount tracking, retention analysis, and workforce reporting, and can be combined with data from other systems to unlock a full 360° view of your organization.
