Sync your Weld audit logs via ELT
We’ve supported audit logs in Weld for a while, giving you a full record of every action in your workspace. But now, we’re taking it a step further.
You can now sync your Weld audit logs directly into your data warehouse, just like any other data source. That means you can query them, build dashboards, and integrate them into your internal reporting or monitoring flows.
🔍 What’s included in the audit logs?
Each event is captured with key details:
- User — who performed the action
- IP address — where it was performed from
- Operation — what action was taken (e.g. startEltSync, runJobNow)
- Resource type — what it affected (e.g. Model, EltSync, Connection)
- Metadata — configuration details or IDs
- Timestamp — when it occurred (UTC)
📥 How to sync audit logs
Admins can now set up the Weld Data ELT Sync from your connector list — no special config needed. Once added, your audit log data will flow into your warehouse, where anyone on your team can access and use it.
🔐 A few things to note:
- Syncing is available on Premium and Business plans
- Audit Log records are available starting from April 15, 2024
