GoHighLevel Update: Sync Multiple Sub-Accounts in Weld

We’ve just rolled out an important upgrade to our GoHighLevel connector:

You can now sync data from multiple sub-accounts in a single configuration.

This update gives you more flexibility and control when working with GoHighLevel, especially if you manage several client accounts or work across regions or brands. Simply select the accounts you have access to, choose the tables you want to sync, and Weld will take care of the rest.

What’s new?

Previously, Weld’s GoHighLevel connector supported one sub-account per connection. Now, you can:

  • Select multiple sub-accounts you have access to
  • Sync them all in one go
  • Apply settings like table selection and sync frequency per setup

This means less repetition and easier management when working across clients, regions, or teams.

A quick recap on the GoHighLevel connector

When we launched the GoHighLevel integration earlier this year, the goal was to make it easier for sales and marketing teams to work with their data. Weld supports syncing key GoHighLevel data, including:

  • Contacts & custom fields
  • Opportunities & pipelines
  • Invoices, transactions & orders
  • Tasks, events & form submissions

Whether you're tracking leads, analyzing campaign impact, or reporting on revenue, Weld helps you centralize GoHighLevel data in your warehouse and combine it with data from other tools like Meta Ads, Shopify, or Stripe.

How to sync multiple sub-accounts

  1. Go to Weld → Connectors → GoHighLevel
  2. Choose or create your connector
  3. Under Sub-accounts, select as many as you have access to
  4. Pick the tables you want to sync (e.g. Contacts, Tags, Pipelines)
  5. Apply your sync settings and activate
