Weld offers a Managed BigQuery for free up to 1TB stored data for you to easily get started trying the Weld platform. Weld's Weld Managed BigQuery connector is a fully managed ELT integration that extracts raw data from Weld Managed BigQuery, replicates and loads it into your centralized data warehouse. Once landed, the data is represented in a clean, navigable schema where analysts can easily access and query it alongside the rest of your organization's data using SQL or dbt.

We are constantly building new integrations based on customer demand. You can also build a custom connector yourself using the Weld Connect API.

Does Weld need to connect directly to my production database?

No. With high throughput systems, we recommend creating a read replica to avoid unnecessary load on your production services.

Does Weld store my data?

Weld does not store your data. We are only responsible for moving data from source to destination, we simply help you transfer and prepare it for analysis.
