Does Weld need to connect directly to my production database?
No. With high throughput systems, we recommend creating a read replica to avoid unnecessary load on your production services.
Does Weld store my data?
Weld does not store your data. We are only responsible for moving data from source to destination — we simply help you transfer and prepare it for analysis.
