
We’re excited to announce the release of the Iterable Connector for Weld, allowing businesses to seamlessly sync customer engagement and marketing performance data from Iterable into Weld.
Iterable is a powerful cross-channel marketing automation platform, but to fully understand its impact, businesses need centralized reporting that connects marketing efforts with revenue and customer behavior. This integration makes it easier to track marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize customer journeys—all in one place.
Getting started with the Iterable integration ⚙️
Setting up the integration is quick and easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Begin configuration
- In the Weld app, go to Connectors and select Iterable.
- Enter a destination schema name to organize your data.
- Enter your Iterable API key to authenticate the connection.
- Select your data location (where your iterable data is hosted).
Step 2: Approve and finalize
- Once the API key is entered, Weld will verify access to your Iterable account.
- After confirmation, you’ll be redirected to the Weld connector overview, and the setup is complete.
Step 3: Select data to sync
- View the schema to see available tables.
- Remove columns or hash sensitive data as needed.
- Choose your sync mode:
- Full Sync – Transfers all Iterable data to your destination.
- Incremental Sync – Syncs only new or updated data since the last run.
Step 4: Configure sync frequency
- Select how often you’d like your data to sync (e.g., daily, weekly).
- Provide a destination table name – Organize your data efficiently.
- Click Save & Activate to start syncing.

- User events – Track customer interactions across email, SMS, push, and in-app messages.

- Purchase behavior – Sync purchase data to track customer spending patterns.
