The product
Next-generation data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks and Google BigQuery have become the standard place to centralise a company's data, because they are now affordable and highly performant.
Built around the modern data warehouse, Weld provides state-of-the-art data infrastructure that works in a few clicks, without data engineering. That makes powerful analytics and workflows possible, so a company can become truly data-driven.

The role
At Weld we believe data should empower teams, not overwhelm them. As a Senior Data Analyst you will turn raw data into insights that drive both our own decisions and our customers' success. You will work internally and directly with customers, helping them make sense of their data and get its full value from the Weld platform.
You will support every stage of the data lifecycle, from designing and modelling warehouse schemas to building dashboards and running deep analyses. You will also be a trusted partner to customers, helping them implement metrics, interpret trends and get value from their ETL and reverse ETL.
We hope that you
- are fluent in SQL and have experience with data modelling tools such as dbt
- have a solid understanding of ETL, reverse ETL and data warehousing best practices
- are comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights from them
- have a good understanding of statistics and experimental design
- enjoy working directly with customers to understand their data needs
- can explain complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- have mentored junior analysts or worked across product and engineering
- earn bonus points for Python or R, and for BI tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau or Metabase
